Solid result nets 4th win on the trott!
An almost full strength Experience (one day we will have everyone on deck)took to the field against Hornby at St Albans. Depleted side gets job done!
Fielding first the boys put in a great display, especially given we were a lot of rock stars short of our normal team! Restricting them to 103 was a good effort, but we still had to chase the runs down!A rocky start meant we were bugger all for 6!But a good partnership between Dan and Bede, then Jake and Bede meant we came away with the points! Woogie gets a Hat-trick
Well done Nick Ross for getting a hat-trick in the 6th over of the game. It was a great catch from Ben to start the show off. An excellent ball next up to bowl the next batter. Good comeback from week before!
We turned up and a nice greated us for a change. Playing against an old foe is always fun, but both teams basically picked up from where each other had left off about 3-4 years ago. We were sent in on an ok deck it must be said. getting to 79\3 at drinks isnt a bad start in anyones language, but knowing there batting lineup 200 was needed. Beef [more]...
