| How to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory: by FBB Experience by Jase | Title explains it all really. Bowled well on a pretty decent track, retricted them to 168 all out. Jimmy chipped in with 4 and Jake and Rik also got a couple each.
We got off to the best start Ive probably seen from any Experience team over the last 8 years. Bobby and Bede both got 63 and at drinks we were well on top at 116/2. However things turned fairly average after that. we were still well on top at 152/4, needing only 16 runs to win you'd think you'd be fairly safe woldnt you?! Not us and not today!
Wickets just kept falling. So with 6 needed to win, Cam came to the crease and hit his first ball of the year for 4 over backward square, we then needed 2 to win/1 to tie with 2 wickets left.
Rikkie then got caught behind leaving Jimmy to try and rescue things for us, he was then bowled first ball, meaning we lost by a F%cking run!
Unreal game to be involved in and certainly one I have never been invloved in before today!
