Going well until the rain came!
A bitterly cold day greeted us at the fortress today, what a crap summer its been! Post xmas hoodoo returns!
A under strength experience thought we were in for a shot against a handy New Brighton side. However this was quickly dispelled when we were 50/6. Win by defualt against 6 men!
We got there, won the toss and ended up batting against 6 fielders. We lost 5 winckets in doing so. Haydn we mental and put them all round with the help of Grant, at drinks they gave up, I would have so couldnt blame them! [more]...

How to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory: by FBB Experience
Title explains it all really. Bowled well on a pretty decent track, retricted them to 168 all out. Jimmy chipped in with 4 and Jake and Rik also got a couple each.
